This course provides a capstone and professional preparation experience for Medical Laboratory Technician students. Emphasis is placed on reviewing key concepts from previous courses, preparing for board certification, understanding licensure and continuing education requirements, and completing a final project. The course is delivered in a flexible, online format to allow students to access review materials and ask questions as needed, with mandatory attendance for final presentations. Students are supported in applying their knowledge to practical scenarios and exam preparation while developing professional skills for post-graduation success.
