This course introduces students to the use of AI-assisted tools and digital workflows to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency in IT and business environments. Students will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate simple automated processes using widely available tools. Emphasis is place on practical application such as task automation, data integration, and workflow optimization. No programming experience is required.
