The following marks or symbols will appear on students’ grade reports and transcripts; they indicate quality of work:

| W | Withdrawal – This grade will be assigned when a student drops a course after the 10th calendar day of fall semester and 11th calendar day of spring semester (summer and eight-week session dates are prorated). If a student is administratively withdrawn from a class due to non-attendance after the 12the calendar day of the semester (summer and eight-week session dates are prorated) this grade will be assigned. The published refund policy will apply to administrative withdrawals. This grade is also assigned when students withdraw from the institution, regardless of date. |
